- Searching our own database and the Web-board databases.
- Working with Specialist Business Partners who have their own network of candidates – All candidates are interviewed by Godley Associates before submission – this widens the catchment to include candidates that are not in our network or on any web-boards. This can be compared to briefing 6 Agencies but only having 1 Account Manager.
